Your details are used solely to send you Zapphire's newsletter (if you subscribe) and to respond to messages you send through the Contact form. We never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

4. Where your information is stored

Both forms are powered by our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit) at voices-of-the-pen.kit.com. Your name and email are held in Zapphire's Kit account and processed under Kit's own privacy and security terms — Kit never sells subscriber data. No other company has access to your details.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set tracking cookies or run advertising trackers. The newsletter form embedded from Kit may set small, functional cookies to operate the form itself. Links to external sites (Amazon, Patreon, and social platforms) are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

You may ask us at any time to see what details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them entirely. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply use the link at the bottom of any email — or write to us through the Contact page and we'll remove you promptly.
